Check in procedure:

•Check in time is after 14:00
•Check out time is 11:00 (beyond this time up until 18:00, customers will be required to pay half the daily rental rate. Beyond 18:00, a full days rental will be required))
•Upon check in, please provide voucher as proof of reservation or your bank deposit slip as proof of payment.
•Please also include your passport at check in
Payment Information:
•A 30% deposit is required upon reservation.
•Full payment is due upon arrival
•For stays of less than 3 days, full payment is required in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
•21 days before arrival, full deposit will be refunded.
•After 21 days, none of the deposit will be refunded.
